Joshua Murphy

Joshua Murphy is a Calgary-based photographer whose creative knowledge spans across a range of photographic genres, with a particular passion for macro and nature photography, but a desire to explore and expand his photographic skills.

Originally from Calgary, Joshua’s style took a significant turn when he relocated to Toronto to pursue his studies. Joshua began to explore street photography and portraiture, expanding his technical skills and figuring out life in the city. Joshua has a creative mind and an eye for photographic composition, and is always happy to be out and about with his camera, taking pictures of whatever he can find. Joshua has a natural talent for composition and a keen eye for detail, finding beauty in both the smallest elements of nature and the dynamic energy of the streets. His creative mind is always at work, and he approaches every scene with a curiosity and openness.
